Stretch and Fitness Classes
Experts say adults should engage in moderate exercise and strength training each week. The best exercise to prevent health problems and stay independent includes aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening. The Prime Timer Strength and Fitness Classes meet that bill.
Classes are offered by Island Resident, Karla Lupo at Tremont Hall on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Classes are free for Island Residents and only $5 for visitors. Drop-ins are welcomed.
